If you implement an integration that consumes data from a Google Sheets, you must give the bot permission to access this information and use it in the answers provided to users when they ask about the integration topic, which can be done in 3 different ways:
- That the document is available to any account that has the access link (this is the most liberal and insecure).
- That the document is available for the whole Aivo America Corp.
- That the document is available for the account development@aivo.co which is the account used by the bot to consume a sheet in an integration.
