Agentbot
Section/s: Knowledge, Training and Analytics
The new section is added to Knowledge, Autogenerated, within AgentBot, where you can enter a URL and obtain information from the links associated with this website automatically.
This way you will have an additional knowledge base generated by Gen AI, which you can enable when needed.
The answers that come from the content of your URLs enabled with Gen AI, you will view them in the Autogenerated Training section, and can then incorporate them into your Personalized Knowledge, which is what you usually use to create the answers you give to your users.
In turn, the chat history will indicate what content was obtained from Gen IA and in the new Autogenerated Analytics space you will see the related metrics.

Engage

There is an alternative for sending messages via the SMS channel through the Engage platform. You can create your message sheets, generate one-time and recurrent campaigns from this new channel.
