Requirements for a dynamic avatar

If you set up a dynamic avatar, it can respond with different expressions depending on the user interaction.

Please note that this only applies to the Web channel and that there are 5 sentiments that we can link as a reaction in the responses.

  1. Greetings
  2. Affirmative/Positive/Happy
  3. Anger/Discomfort
  4. Doubt
  5. Waiting

☝ To create an animated character, you must send us through a Service Request original versions of images and videos of your avatar with the characteristics documented below, since, without these resources, it will not be possible to express the "feeling" you need to configure.

  1. Static images: 3 full body images with different poses, in PNG or JPG format.
  2. Animations: Please note that only one animation can be used per sentiment, i.e. it is not possible to set up two different animations for the same sentiment. The characteristics must be:
    1. Format: MP4.
    2. Dimensions
      1. 320 x 101 px (for the chat window). Must not exceed 150 KB
      2. 1920 x 642 px (to keep the original in high quality in case you need to adjust the animation to another size). No part of the animations must exceed this size, otherwise it will be outside the frame and will not be visible.
    3. Linking: all animations must start and end in the same position so that transitions are not noticeable when using them (the reproductions are not sequential, they can jump from one to another).
    4. Background: the animations you send must be delivered with a background included.
    5. Animations to be sent: long and short.

Long animations (up to 3'' maximum)

  2. Description: shrugs shoulders and makes some mouth grimace, as a sign of "Sorry, but I don't understand you or have no answer".
  3. Example: here.

Short animations (up to 2'')

#5: Wait for

  1. Use: leisure time, while the client writes his query and moves from one pose to another.
