Requirements for a static avatar

To incorporate a static Avatar (fixed, without movement) in AgentBot, you should consider the following points:

*Complete character image.
*Resolution: 72 dpi
*Format: PNG, JPG or Gif
* Maximum weight allowed: 8 MB
*Size: 1200 x 1200 px

*Size inside the window: 320 x 101 px
⚠ Both the avatar and the background will be designed and configured by the client.
