Create message templates from Engage for WhatsApp

From the Engage platform, you can create templates to send proactive messages to your users via WhatsApp.

▶ You have access to 3 types of templates:
  • Marketing: to send promotions or announcements to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Utility: to send messages about an order or existing account.
  • Authentication: to send one-time passwords, verify a transaction, or log in.
▶ Once you've selected the template type, you’ll need to choose the message format:
  • Custom: available for Marketing and Utility templates. Displays the message in a single card.
  • Carousel: available only for Marketing templates. Displays multiple cards in a swipeable format to showcase products, offers, etc.
  • One-time passcode: available only for Authentication templates.
