This function is available on all channels. However, on the Web, WhatsApp, and Facebook, you also have the option to define the order in which the text and images appear, choosing from three possible formats:
→ Image before text
→ Image after text
→ Intersperse images with text
Key facts:• Maximum file size: 2MB
• Accepted formats: .png or .jpg (.gif is also allowed on the Web)
• Uploading from URL: This is possible if the link is public.
• Number of images: There is no fixed limit, but it is recommended to evaluate the channel and the experience you want to offer.
• Visual aesthetics: Ensure images have similar dimensions to maintain a consistent presentation.
• Complement placement: Any elements added from the complement panel (such as buttons) will be placed at the end of the response.
• The option to define the position of the text relative to the image applies only to Web, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
• In WhatsApp and Facebook channels, you need to add three line breaks between image and text blocks to prevent the image from appearing at the beginning of the message.
In the tour below, we show you how to use the "Insert Image" feature.
