From the Settings section of My Aivo platform you can request the creation of your SMS channel.

Once your channel has been created, you will be able to view it in your channel list, make some settings and upload content. The articles below will be useful to you:

You will also have the icon to delete the channel available. If you use it, in addition to performing the action from the platform, you must request it via Service Request to our support team.
