Learn how to create your SMS channel

From the Settings section of My Aivo platform you can request the creation of your SMS channel.

To move forward with the effective creation of the channel you must:

Validate with your Aivo team, the availability of the service in your country.
Have a local telephone number with SMS sending capacity, which will be provided by Engageware Aivo.
Keep in mind that, except in the case of the United States, for all other countries, additional information about the company and supporting documentation will be requested to acquire a local number, such as a registration certificate, proof of address, an invoice issued to the company or similar.
Indicate within the Requirement to create the channel, the name you want it to have and which bot you will associate it with.

You will also have the icon to delete the channel available. If you use it, in addition to performing the action from the platform, you must request it via Service Request to our support team.
