Manage the Live Users section

From the Users section in Live, you can perform all the actions needed to manage the profiles of the people on your team who use the platform.

⬇ In this tour, you will learn how to create, edit, disable, and delete users. You will also learn how to configure the permissions required to enable the Video Agent and Co-browsing features, explore the information available in the user list, and discover how to review the change history of each profile.

⚠ Please note that:
  • Only users with the Administrator role can assign the Administrator role to another user, whether when creating or editing a profile.
  • The Administrator role is the only one that can view the activity history available in this section.
  • Users with the Supervisor and Supervisor Agent roles can configure a maximum transfer limit that each Agent can perform within a 24-hour period.
