↗ Section(s) Virtual Assistant:  > Knowledge & Settings

✓ WhatsApp Business Platform pricing update: Starting October 1, 2026, service messages sent in response to customer-initiated interactions will be subject to WhatsApp's current charging rules.
Based on this change, we have added materials to help you understand the scope of the update and develop practical ideas for strategically managing content, reducing the number of messages sent through WhatsApp.

✓ We automated four scalable experiences to help reduce the number of messages on the WhatsApp channel: the content does not disappear or change; it is moved to the body, footer, or description of the interactive element to avoid sending a separate message. The four optimized scenarios are:
  • Button response in a single bubble.
  • List response in a single bubble.
  • Response with line breaks.
  • Text and file in a single message.
