Virtual Assistant

✓ Voice dictation functionality has been added to the virtual assistant, exclusively for the Web channel, via a Service Request.
✓ Help includes a table that quickly summarizes the available elements and complements that can be configured on the Web and Facebook channels. It also includes a tour with visual examples of each, along with direct links to articles that explain how to configure them.
✓ The emoji library has been updated. From the related articles within Help, you can access a list of all emojis recognized and accepted by the platform, based on current compatibility.

It features comparison tables to facilitate analysis, use cases, and direct access to audiovisual materials that explain each report individually.
