Mobile chat window

On mobile devices, the chat window opens to 80% of the screen height, i.e. it does not take up all the space on the web page, allowing the user to see which section of the site they are in, especially when using the assisted navigation add-on (where the user is moved from one URL to another).

This display applies to all virtual assistants and cannot be modified.

On the other hand, when typing queries, the window will open 100% (giving place to the keyboard), occupying the whole screen.

Important:

  1. If your chat window has a plug-in window or avatar, these will not be displayed in the mobile version.
  2. If you click on the icon, minimize, or anywhere on the site, the chat window will be reduced to Sticky button mode at the bottom margin of your page.
  3. While browsing your site, the window will remain down, minimized. When you want to open it again, just click on the expand icon, or anywhere on the Sticky button.
  4. Besides having the button to minimize the window, you will have the option to close it, even if it has an initial form.
  5. If the chat window is minimized and you reload the page, the chat will remain minimized.
