✓ Send message: The feature now allows users with the roles of Agent, Dashboard Agent, Agent Supervisor, and Coordinator to proactively send predefined messages to customers who have previously contacted via WhatsApp.
✓Group>Chat Routing: With the Automatic Assignments function, the option of automatically assigning new conversations to agents with fewer conversations in progress, or with fewer active conversations during the day, is enabled.
✓Group>Chat Routing: You can activate Pop-up Notifications so that the agent receives them, every time a new conversation is assigned to them to attend, and they can accept or reject it.
