The AgentBot Dashboard changed its look & feel and offers various ways to evaluate metrics. In addition to charts and indicators, it now includes dynamic reports that can be downloaded or presented in full screen. It also incorporates the Explore function to examine specific statistics.

Live

The Co-browsing tool is added, which allows sharing the screen during a conversation between a user and an advisor, facilitating joint navigation for personalized and collaborative assistance. This option can be used individually or simultaneously with Video Agent.

Another new feature of the Live platform is that during a conversation on conversational channels that support audio functionality or sending voice notes, the customer will be able to respond in this format within the chat with an agent, who, upon receiving it, will have the ability to play these messages to listen to the content.

Voice
