✓ Knowledge > Autogenerated: New links and PDF files can be added to autogenerated knowledge without having to delete previous ones, with the option to restart the search from scratch if desired.

✓ Knowledge > Insert image: It was made possible to customize the order of the images in the content of the answers in three different ways for your Web, WhatsApp, and Facebook channels: Image before the text - Image after the text - Interleaving of images and text.

✓ Additional improvements: 

  1. A text box expander was added to responses and articles to facilitate editing. 
  2. A search engine was incorporated into the list of self-service forms and integrations add-ons, using the name. 
  3. The icon that provides the option to nest intents was modified to offer greater clarity of the function.
  4. It is now possible that during a transferred conversation, users can attach the same types of files in the virtual assistant chat as those that the advisor can send in Live.
