Section/s: Reports-Monitor/ Send messages
In the Monitor section you will find different new features that will help you optimize the way you view the information of your team of agents in real time, such as the inclusion of the card to show the number of disconnected users, the option to order the columns of the agent list, the filters by group with multiple selection, by agent and by state (online or pause), the drop-down menu to choose the number of rows you need to see in your agent table, the addition of the (+) and (- ) when an agent belongs to more than 4 groups.
As part of the changes in the Send messages section, you will notice that the group column and the filters by agent and group are added.
