The new Video Agent functionality has been added, through which agents can start video calls during a Chat conversation with customers who contact them through the Web channel on the Live platform. From the Users section you will enable your advisors to make video calls with clients, in Settings you will select the saving of the video calls that are made, you will also find within the Reports section the Video section, where it is possible to evaluate the indicators resulting from the video calls .
