Support of PDF files has been added in the Knowledge, Autogenerated section in AgentBot, where it is possible to incorporate PDF documents. This added functionality allows the text of these documents to be integrated into the content base used by your virtual assistant when responding to customer queries.

A new functionality has been added to activate/deactivate triggers, allowing management of this feature by type (Inactive customer alert / Closed due to agent inactivity). This functionality is available on each channel through the Settings, Triggers section in Live.
Now, users with Supervisor and Administrator profiles can transfer an active conversation from one agent to other agents and/or groups. This function is available in the Reports, Monitor section in Live.

To activate this feature, configure a service endpoint and validation method, as well as ensuring that all expected responses are configured in your service. This feature is optional and available in Campaigns, One-time, and Recurrents in Engage.

New functionalities have been added to the Studio platform to make it more intuitive and easier to use. To access the new features, log back into the platform using your username and password.
Additionally, the feature to hide sensitive data in Node Form has been added. This feature prevents sensitive data from being displayed during a conversation with a human agent and in the chat history of the AgentBot platform.
