ℹ On Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, the user’s name will be displayed based on the information they have provided on those platforms. In addition, the customer’s profile picture thumbnail will appear if the image is publicly visible on these channels. If the email or phone number field matches the information in the database, the corresponding details will appear.

In WhatsApp sessions, the “phone number” field will be automatically filled in with the corresponding conversation number. If there is a discrepancy between any of these fields, you can ask the agent to update the fields with the correct information using the “Edit” option.
