The agent or agent supervisor, during the conversation with a user, can proceed to end it from the upper right side of the interaction window. All they have to do is click on the three dots and choose the "Close" option.
Please note that during a video call in progress you will not be able to end the conversation, as you must first end the video call for this option to be enabled.

A message will appear asking for confirmation that the conversation will be closed. If you wish, click "Continue". If you need to return to the attention, simply click on the "x" in the window.

At the end of the conversation, a message is displayed to the user that the communication has ended, feedback is requested and the user is allowed to continue chatting with AgentBot.
