- The Image Complement has been incorporated into Virtual Assistant, allowing you to add an image from the Complements panel. This image will appear alongside the other content configured in the main text area of the response.

- New automated process that ensures both WhatsApp and SMS Campaigns are sent only to eligible recipients, automatically filtering out unsubscribed or restricted contacts in the Opt-out List from the Audience section.

- WhatsApp Opt-out for Contacts: In the Audience section, you will find a list of users who unsubscribed from WhatsApp to stop receiving messages from your campaigns on this channel. This information is available only if the integration with the Engage API is enabled.
