User lockout in Virtual Assistant: The user has 3 consecutive attempts to enter their password. If all attempts fail, the user will be locked out. They can unlock their account using the "Forgot your password?" option.

✓ Analytics > Integrations

HTTP IN Report: From the Analytics tool, under the Integrations menu, you can access information about flows using HTTP_IN. This report is only available to customers with at least one active HTTP_IN flow in Studio.

✓ Settings > Complements > Video Call and Cobrowsing

Notification message and screen sharing permission: An option was added to display a notification message to the user before starting a video call or cobrowsing session.

Additionally, in the Video Call Settings section, it is now possible to enable screen sharing permission during the session, for both agents and users.
