New Training Tutorial Videos: We have added new training videos to the Help Center for the Virtual Assistant platform, designed to accompany onboarding and provide in-depth information on how to use each product.✓ You will find four training videos available. The first, “Get Started with Virtual Assistant,” offers a comprehensive overview of the platform along with the basic steps to implement your virtual assistant from scratch.
✓ In addition to this Overview, there are other exclusive training sessions focused on the training section.
✓ In all cases, you can watch explanatory videos about the interface, the relationship between the different sections, and the purpose behind each action. In addition:
- The estimated total time for the course and for each section is indicated.
- Complementary resources are included in the form of buttons that redirect you to Help Center articles.
- At the end, you can leave your feedback on the experience.
