Virtual Assistant

↗ Section(s):

✓ Knowledge > Complements

  1. Order Complements: This new feature lets you organize the complements in your responses by dragging them in the “Add-on Order” column. Text will always appear before any complement. Only the Web channel ensures the specified order. On WhatsApp, the order depends on content processing speed.
  2. The "Video" complement is now called "YouTube": It has been renamed to more accurately reflect its functionality, as it only supports videos from that platform.
  3. New “Video (MP4)” complement: You can now include .mp4 files in responses for the Web and WhatsApp channels.
  4. Improvements to the PDF complement: The content entered in the Title field is now used as the file name shown in the conversation. This applies to files uploaded from both URLs and local devices.
  5. Interactive List: Now also available on the Web channel. It can be configured independently or alongside WhatsApp.
  6. Automatic transition in image carousel: You can now define whether image navigation should be manual or have an automatic transition. This feature is available for the Web channel only.

✓ SDK Events: New options have been added under Send a message to the bot as if it were sent by the user.
