Live

Section(s):

✓Applications > Docusign: With Docusign configuration within Live, Agents will be able to send predefined documents that require the customer's signature or approval directly to their email, right from the chat window.

✓Groups > General: You will be able to activate a notification that will be received by users with the Coordinator and Agent Supervisor roles when the number of waiting users you configure is reached.

✓Profile: Only the Administrator and Supervisor roles will be able to modify the Agents' profile photo. This change is made from the Users section.

Engage

Section(s):

✓Analytics > Engagement: An Engagement section has been added where you can analyze how your users interact with the content you have sent them, evaluating the performance of the templates used in your One Time and Recurring WhatsApp campaigns.

✓One time Campaigns: Now you can divide your audience into predefined segments, achieving a more balanced distribution of sends (e.g., 1000 users in 4 batches of 250).
